Our story is probably a lot like yours.

After working in the healthcare field for over thirty years, we saw the prevalence of allergies and recognized that most patients suffering with allergies were drastically underserved. After experiencing long wait times and often having to drive great distances to see a specialist, we decided to create a solution.

Our Structure

Our motto and mission statement is further echoed in our organizational structure. The organizational chart below reflects our attitude that serving others is a vital component for personal and company growth. At Allercare, serving others is more than lip service. The higher you rise in the company, the lower you descend on the organizational chart. In our model, the employee closest to the customer is empowered to directly serve the customer. Managers and other leadership at the bottom of the chart champion and support those employees closest to the customer.
